Heavily in debt, Andre (Debbouze) is a down-on-his-luck scam artist who meets the mysterious Angel-A (Rasmussen). After he saves her from committing suicide, she offers to help him get his life back in order. Although skeptical, he recruits her to help him figure out how to repay his debts. Andre soon discovers that meeting Angel-A was no accident, and that they both need saving – not just from death, but also from themselves.
