Posing as baby photographers, a group of three wannabe kidnappers enter an unsuspecting wealthy Chicago couple's home and make off with a baby. After leaving a ransom note, the three bumbling criminals soon find themselves with a lot more than they can handle. Before they even receive the ransom money, the youngster manages to escape, and embarks on a series of adventures in downtown Chicago, leaving the hapless crooks in hot pursuit.
