In this sequel, the two dim-witted yet loveable teens are thrown off a cliff and sent to Hell, where they are tortured with a succession of nightmares. But in order to escape, the duo needs to escape the fires of Hades in enough time to make it to the "battle of the bands" their band has entered. In order to free themselves, they engage the Grim Reaper in a gut-wrenching series of contests testing the limits of human discipline and intelligence. Once they return to Earth, they must battle the pair of evil robotic doubles who originally killed them, and have since taken their places - wreaking havoc with their personal lives.
