In this animated feature, Garfield, the lazy, mischievous cat, is less than satisfied with the 2-D constraints of the cartoon world. Luckily, Odie the dog happens to open the portal that separates the cartoon world from the real one, and Garfield sees the perfect opportunity. Jumping through, Garfield finds himself in the real word – only to find out how much he misses things back home. Now Garfield must find a way back into the comfort zone of his cartoon home, before the newspaper discontinues his comic strip for good.
