Major O’Bannon (Sweeney) and his specialized, top-secret team of commandos travel to the remote island of Palaloa to investigate a strange phenomenon: Unnatural emissions of deadly radiation. They soon discover this radiation is destroying the ozone layer and accelerating global warming to a dangerous level. As Major O’Bannon and his team soon discover, this planetary sabotage is the work of savage alien beings, intent on destroying Earth for their own unthinkable purposes. Together with his crack team of fighters, as well as a handful of undesirable island locals, O’Bannon defends himself from these nimble and deadly creatures in order to save the world.
