When four friends call out for help on a radio after their car breaks down during a cross country trip to Las Vegas, they find a deserted house in the middle of nowhere. Taking the car parked in its garage with every intention of returning it after they find help, they head off to the nearest town. Little do they know, the house and car belongs to the murderous trucker, Rusty Nails. The nightmare begins as Rusty tracks them down, once again reclaiming the road as his personal playground of slaughter.
