When Elle Wood's British twin cousins Annabelle and Isabelle (Camilla and Rebecca Rosso) move to Los Angeles to attend high school, they learn that in order to succeed, they will need to prove that blondes not only have more fun, but have more smarts as well. Fresh from England, the blond twosome assume their savvy fashion sense will help them make friends at their new California prep school. To their dismay, they discover that their new place of learning is run by uniform-loving, junior-capitalist snobs. When the school’s most popular and powerful students frame the sisters for a crime they did not commit, it’s up to the girls to prove their innocence – and their capabilities.
