Max Havoc (Hardt) is on a new assignment to photograph a new tennis sensation, Suzy Blaine (Cox). Staying at a luxury hotel, Max discovers that the classy hotel owner is a vicious mob boss heading up a crime ring full of unwanted teenagers in the nearby slums. Not only this, but Max recognizes the hotel owner from his former life as a World-champion kickboxer.
