In the year 2707, Earth is on the verge of destruction. As war rages between Earth’s four giant corporations, a long-buried stone seal is uncovered, revealing a race of mutant aliens that threaten to take over the planet. When the corporations flee the impending apocalypse, the leader of an order of monks, Brother Samuel (Perlman), takes it upon himself to fulfill an ancient prophecy. Guided by a religious text known as the Chronicles, he leads his own ragtag group of soldiers into battle and launches a last-ditch attempt to save mankind.
