Patrick Swayze stars as Dalton, a tough bouncer who is hired by the owner of shabby roadhouse bar to clean up its act.  This noble endeavour, however, soon escalates into a full-scale war with the brutal town patriarch whose lust for power barely overshadows his all-consuming greed.  Joining Swayze in this action-packed thriller is Sam Elliott as an over-the-hill bouncer who is Dalton's best friend and mentor.  Ben Gazarra co-stars as the small town kingpin who reigns over, and runs over, everything that gets in his way, while Kelly Lynch plays a beautiful local girl who falls for Dalton.
