Ruslan is a successful crime writer who uses his past criminal life for inspiration in his stories. When he returns to his old neighborhood to attend his daughter’s wedding, his dangerous past emerges. Since their old days together, Mikhail Arban (Jijikine) has risen from the ranks to become the leader of the brutal East Coast Russian Mafia. Now, his estranged daughter is about to be married to Mikhail’s son.
