As Foster searches the city for her, he’s pursued by the Romanian police, the American Embassy and Russian agents, all of whom believe he’s in possession of a microchip containing the formula for a deadly virus. Having been set-up by CIA agents to smuggle the chip out of the US, Foster tries to save his daughter while preventing the formula from falling into the wrong hands.
