Raised by his scheming uncle Bill (Mulkey), 17-year-old Jeremy (Knudsen) has gotten used to living in a world of shady business dealings and seedy characters. When Bill discovers that a teacher, Carrie Ryans (Jones) at a local high school is actually the daughter of multi millionaire business man, he hatches a plan to extort three hundred thousand dollars from Carrie – with the help of Jeremy. Transferring to the high school, he seduces her in order to get them caught in a compromising situation. Sensing that Jeremy’s sense of morality conflicts with what his uncle wants him to do, Carrie tries to convince him to do the right thing before things spiral out of control.
