When a group of friends go on a boat trip to celebrate a birthday, they encounter a devastating crash that shipwrecks them on a deserted island. As the group tries to figure out how to get off the island, one of them vanishes during the night, leaving a trail of blood. Heading into the woods in search of their friend, they soon discover they are not alone, coming face-to-face with a group of ancient, cannibalistic creatures savagely picking them off one-by-one.
