Cliff learns that screen-star Neville Sinclair (Dalton) will stop at nothing to get his hands on the rocket pack to give to the Nazis. With help from his mechanic friend Peevy (Arkin), Cliff dons his rocketeer outfit to save world from the Nazi intrusion.
